A graduate of Binghamton University, Harpur College and a Cum Laude graduate of New York Law School, Howard J. Stern brings over thirty years of experience to each of his cases.

A recognized expert in the area of automobile insurance and regulation, Howard has given numerous continuing legal education lectures on behalf of the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute, the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau Academy of Law and the Board of Judges of the Civil Court of the City of New York.

Over the years, Howard has recovered millions of dollars for his clients in the areas of Personal Injury, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and products liability, as well as commercial and civil litigations.

Prior to forming Stern & Szpigiel LLP, Howard was the managing partner at Werner, Zaroff, Slotnick, Stern & Ashkenazy, LLP.

Yisroel is our managing partner. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Yisroel has handled multi-million dollar business deals, helped clients purchase franchises and commercial real estate, and assisted start up companies and non-profit organizations.

Prior to forming Stern & Szpigiel, LLP, Yisroel interned for Judge Leon Ruchelsman in Brooklyn Supreme Court, held multiple internships in a variety of legal fields, and was an associate at Werner, Zaroff, Slotnick Stern & Ashkenazy, LLP.

Yisroel was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where he taught Foundational Lawyering Skills.

A graduate of Boston University, with a JD from CUNY law school, Aggeliki specializes in real estate transactions, estate administration, and general litigation.

Aggeliki is admitted in the states of New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts, as well as in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is also a licensed Real Estate broker.
